Refund Policy

 

If you are picking up your order, please check that it is correct at the time you collect it. If there is an issue with the quality of food or service please notify a manager so that we can correct it. Delivery charges may vary depending on the distance between your delivery point and our takeaway shop.

Should an item not be available, we will try to contact you in order to offer an alternative. Should you decline our offer, we will adjust the price for the missing item, and endeavour to credit your account within 3-10 working days.

You will not be eligible for a refund in case you are unable to collect your order and have not requested for order cancellation prior to your collection time.

All items on our menu are subject to availability. If the item you’ve requested in unavailable, we will provide you a close alternative and simultaneously notify you by message, email or via call. If you don’t accept the alternative, your online order will be cancelled. You may then re-order another item or we will give you a full refund if your payment has already been accepted.

We carefully pack our items, but should your order be damaged whilst in transit, or you are unhappy with the item, please contact us at Golden Crown by email or ‘phone, and explain the situation and the nature of the damage. We will refund you the cost of the goods or offer a credit on your next order. This will be at our discretion.

We will refund the payment you have made if:-
(a) You cancel your order by telephone (020 8540 5840) provided that we have not prepared and cooked your order at the time we receive your telephone call.
(b) We fail to deliver your order due to circumstances such as traffic conditions, accident or weather conditions.

If we have made a mistake in your order, or there is a shortage, you must contact us by telephone. We will adjust the price accordingly and make any consequent refund.

We strive always to take care of our customers and resolve any issues as best as we possibly can. If, however, the food or service does not meet with your expectations, we will undertake a full investigation.

We have the right to cancel any order if we are unable to fulfil your order for any unforeseen reasons. In such a situation, we will give you a full refund if your payment has already been received. You will receive your refund within 3 to 10 working days.
